The Insurance we accept is Workers Comp and No-Fault. If you have any other insurance you will get a receipt and submit it yourself.
They will reimburse you directly if it is a covered expense.
Your sessions may be tax deductible if you have a doctors note recommending Massage Therapy. Please check with your accountant.
Before you set up an appointment for massage therapy, please provide us with the following information:
- Your name, address, phone number
- Claim #
- Insurance Company phone number and contact person
- Name and address of Insurance company (where to send the bills)
- Date of injury
- A prescription for MASSAGE THERAPY. It must say massage therapy, not physical therapy or anything else. You can bring this when you come
to your first treatment session.
- A valid credit card. This will only be charged if your insurance does not pay for the treatment. You can also bring this to your first session.
